Charles Church Hepburn Chase
Overview
Charles Church are part of the Persimmon Group and have built a reputation for building beautiful homes.
We were asked to to create a brand and bespoke brochure for their exclusive Hepburn Chase development. The theme for this project was based around Hollywood movie stars and all the glitz and glamour associated with it. The cover was printed on a special silver ‘glitter frosted’ paper and the inner pages had a heavy emphasis on large glossy photographs.
